| 中文描述 | 此罕見的病是由TRICHOSPORON BEIGELI這種黴菌所引起的,會造成毛囊的出現小於1mm的腫脹,並且會在鬃毛和尾巴上的毛上發現.小結是軟的並且無顏色.毛髮可能會在小結處斷裂,造成鬃毛和尾部的脫毛.診斷藉由顯微鏡去檢查毛根.將毛髮去除可以得到治療. |

| 英文描述 | In this rare disease the fungus TRICHOSPORON BEIGELI causes swellings of the hair shaft that are less than 1 mm in size and are found above the follicle of the mane and tail hairs. The nodules are soft and light colored. The hair may break at the nodule, causing hair loss of the mane and tail. Dx by microscopic examination of the hair shaft. Clipping of the hair leads to a cure. |
